Boredof the same old beef burgers or fried chicken then it’s time to raise the steaks! Kicking off tomorrow at The Blues Kitchen (both Shoreditch and Camden venues) is the Carnivore Club, a month of one off specials featuring more unusual, exotic meats from across the pond. The line up looks like this:
Tues 21st October
Smothered in hot buffalo sauce and served in a brioche bun, with fries and ‘slaw.
Tues 28th October
Fillet steak of moose, served with a peppercorn sauce, sweet potato fries and ‘slaw.
Tues 4th November
Slow smoked Cajun alligator tail fillet served with fries and ‘slaw
Tues 11th November
Fillet of bison steak with a honey and bourbon glaze. Cooked medium rare, served with fries and ‘slaw.
