Canary Wharf is becoming quite the little restaurant hotspot – Six By Nico and Hawksmoor are two of the most recent openings in the neighbourhood – and now Caravan is heading out east for site number six. Taking up residence in Reuters Plaza, the new Caravan will have an stripped-back look with lots of natural stone, breeze block and terrazzo throughout the space.
It’ll also follow the same formula of a globally-inspired all-day menu, so yes that means the likes of jalpaeno cornbread with chipotle butter, broken lamb meatballs with chermoula & aubergine, burrata with kale pesto & jerusalem artichoke crisps, pan-fried seabass with coconut red curry, pork schnitzek with fried egg & mustard dill cream, a handful of sourdough pizzas and more. With Caravan’s epic brunch menu and their freshly roasted craft coffee available too, they’re onto another winner with this one.
