Seat Headrest AKA Will Toledo has already released a plethora of musical goodness onto bandcamp but his latest album ‘Teens Of Style’ has managed to make his musical mark, and for good reasons. Playing on the grittier edge of guitar pop, ‘Teens Of Style’ contains reworkings of previous tracks, singer-songwriter crooners and most importantly a lesson on how to make soulful bedroom produced indie rock.

It’s lo-fi punk with enough clever melodies to appeal a wider audience, it seems Toledo is on the cusp of something massive and with Matador Records now backing his credible 20s something angst punk, the future seems bright for Mr. Car Seat.
