Oh yes, the team over at The Running Horse – one of Mayfair’s top and oldest haunts, have surpassed themselves this year. Love birds this Valentine’s Day weekend are being offered the opportunity to master the art of handling a sausage. Genius, right?

With expert tutorial from the pub’s top chefs, you will learn how to stuff the perfect saussisson – ensuring you have the perfect combination of flavours and textures. From pepperonis, wieners to bratwursts, no sausage will be overlooked. At the end of the workshop, the chefs will weigh up which couple has best flexed their sausage making muscles, and will receive the ultimate prize of their very own sausage maker to keep on practising back at home.
