rockers who love Camden get yourselves down there this Saturday (31st May) for Camden Rocks festival. The outrageously packed line-up offers an astonishing value with 200 bands in 20 venues, meaning you get each band for around 10p! Those bands include the likes of The Blackout, The Subways, Sonic Boom Six, Dinosaur Pile Up, Nine Black Alps, Slaves and Ginger Wildheart.

Organiser Chris McCormack (of band 3 Colours Red) says “I’m really excited to showcase some of these great new bands I’ve been working with this year. We’re going to set Camden alight (not literally) with the best new music in the UK.” This Rock and Roll Street Party lends itself to Camden’s venues spanning from The Enterprise to The Underworld. Despite this week’s rain, the forecast is a sunny 19 degrees for Saturday so you can make time for a beer in the sun along the most Rock and Roll bar crawl.

If you get the post Camden Rocks blues then the club night will now take place every Saturday at The Underworld. Next Monday our fellow London on the Insider, Kate, will be presenting the review show on 3rd June on Roundhouse Radio from 5-6pm. @RoundhouseRadio
