We couldn’t think of a better way to start a Saturday morning than with a gruelling 1:1 session in the ring with a former pro-boxer. Our training at the “bigger, badder” sister site of the highly acclaimed Rathbone Boxing Club was tough, and things got sweaty… but we absolutely loved it.

What’s the deal?

Located in Camden’s new development, Hawley Wharf, the impressive team of coaches at Camden Boxing Club is led by renowned professional boxing coach Adam Booth. They promise to give members an authentic boxing club experience, all while indulging in the luxury of a boutique studio. It is beautiful. And massive!

What training is on offer?

At three times the size of the Rathbone site, CBC has been designed to offer a much more comprehensive experience. The gym is a boujee interpretation of a gritty East London boxing shed: complete with two rings, two group class zones, and a dedicated self-train area, with bags, weights and cardio equipment to support the fundamentals of boxing training.

Any extras?

Members can relax after their session and enjoy the range of wellness facilities on site, including a steam room, a sauna, a café, and a treatment room in collaboration with HUM2N. All the things that we imagine the seventh Rocky movie would be full of.

Who is it for?

There are plenty of options for all fitness and experience levels. You can choose from group classes that offer boxing basics or bagwork drills and tactics. For those with specific goals there is personal training and sparring. And if you fancy going it alone, then the self-train packages allow you to come in and use the equipment yourself.

In a nutshell…

Incredible facilities, welcoming staff  and very impressive trainers. We loved it and will be back.
