BYO HOUSEHOLD AND BYO GROCERY TO OPEN IN NUNHEAD

We all know how bad single-use packaging is for the environment so it’s great to see plastic-free refill shops like BYO in Nunhead become so popular that it has to expand to keep up with demand. The shop, founded by Laura Hipkiss, is extending the space into BYO Household and BYO Grocery this March.

The household side will stock sustainable home, bath and beauty products like cookware from Falcon Enamelware; loo roll from Who Gives a Crap; sanitary products from Organicup; and more from the brands like Fill, Eco Leaf, Faith in Nature, Wild Sage and Suneeta Cosmetics. There’ll be an extended pantry selection on the grocery side; a second nut butter machine; frozen goods like pizza dough, ice cream and berries; and London’s first plant-based milk machine from Minor Figures.

As well as keeping it eco in terms of the packaging, BYO also makes sure to support small and local brands, making it easier for you to live more sustainably.
