The vegan train is showing no signs of slowing down in London as by CHLOE is opening two new stores this summer. The first, opening in June, will be in Oxford Circus, and will feature the signature swing chairs, striped banquettes and neon lighting. The second, following in July, will be at ICON at the O2, and this store will have the first by CHLOE backyard as well as a games zone.
Both restaurants will offer the signature by CHLOE menu of guac burgers, quinoa taco salads, daily-baked sweets and more, as well as the brand’s London Specials – plant-based takes on fish & chips, roast dinner and sticky toffee pudding.
