HOW TO CELEBRATE BURNS NIGHT 2023

With its haggis-eating and whisky-drinking, Burns Night is one of the biggest dates in the Scottish calendar, as well as being the perfect reason to blow off any booze-less January diets you might still be clinging on to. Whether you’re after a few drams or you’re on the hunt for haggis, we’ve got the best of Burns Night for all you London lads and lassies.

Four of Scotland’s hottest up-and-coming chefs – Sam Yorke and Tomás Gormley of Heron in Edinburgh, Colin Nicholson of Mingary Castle in Ardnamurchan and Gordon Craig of Taisteal in Edinburgh – are coming to Carousel to cook up a Burns Night feast this year. The five-course menu will showcase the best of contemporary Scottish fine dining, and there’ll be cocktails provided by The Botanist gin.
