Following their LFW show Burberry is set to host a major photography exhibition exploring the British character and way of life their new venue in Clerkenwell. ‘Here We Are’ will bring together the work of over 30 of the 20th century’s most celebrated social and documentary photographers, including never-before-seen prints by Shirley Baker and Ken Russell, Charlie Phillips’s photographs of his local Notting Hill community, and Brian Griffin’s unconventional portraits of British businessmen. Curated by Christopher Bailey and writer, curator and Director of Claire de Rouen Lucy Kumara Moore, and co-curated by Burberry’s latest creative collaborator Alasdair McLellan, the exhibition will be divided into themes which reflect different aspects of the British way of life, and with Burberry’s entire fashion week collection on display too it’s an exhibition you do not wanna miss.
