BUNS FROM HOME IS HEADING TO COVENT GARDEN

Founded in lockdown and about to open site number three, Buns From Home has had quite the journey in the past two years. Barney Goff started Buns From Home back in 2020, baking from his mum’s kitchen and delivering goodies like cinnamon & cardamom croissant buns across town by bike. A successful crowfunding campaign resulted in bakeries opening in Notting Hill and Holland Park, and now Covent Garden is being added to that list. Buns From Home is opening a spot at The Yards in Slingsby Place, where they’ll serve up their classic buns alongside tiramisu, vanilla custard and savoury buns, fresh bread and coffee.

And they’re not the only newbies heading for the area either, with temaki and sashimi brand Ukiyo also moving in to join the likes of Lahpet, Miscusi, Dishoom, Maison Bab, Hawksmoor, Temper and Arome Bakery.

Opens spring 2022
The Yards, 17 Slingsby Pl, London WC2E 9AB
