the Shoreditch openings just keep on coming…Next up is Bull in a China Shop, a new all-day restaurant and whisky bar that has a subtle hint of the Orient. The second project from brothers Stephen and Simon Chan who own The Drunken Monkey, the new joint is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and houses a cocktail bar that serves a choice of over 30 Japanese and Scotch whiskies. The menu boasts a re-working of classic Chinese dishes including Asian congee and a fried chicken charcoal brioche bun burger…yep, that’s a charcoal bun. Expect to see that plastered all over Instagram from next week.
