Hubbard & Bell, the all-day joint inside The Hoxton, Holborn knows that when it comes to baps, bigger is most definitely better. That’s why they’ve introduced a build-your-own-bap menu – you just pick your base, either a brioche or beetroot bun, and then stack it with as many fillings and sauces as you like. Luckily for you, it’s the chefs that actually have to assemble your mad creations.

You can go for a brekkie vibe with smoked salmon, cream cheese and avo or attempt to fit all the components of a fry-up between two buns. There are four types of cheese, plus actual mac & cheese, on the menu so you can create some kind trippy dream-inducing cheese and carb fest. Or you could really make a meal of it with flat iron, steak, triple fried chips, roasted field mushroom, caramelised onions and truffle mayo. Now that’s our kinda BYOB.
