No we’re not having a waffle…London’s first bubble-waffle restaurant and cocktail bar is opening in Soho. Bufle will serve sweet and savoury bubble-waffles, including an Oreo Delight with cookies & cream gelato, a Funky Cereal Club, filled with bubble gum gelato, rainbow cereal, and strawberries, and a Strawberry Bellini Party bubble-waffle with prosecco gelato and fruit salad crunch. When it comes to the cocktails, you can expect an oriental twist on the classics with White Sake Sangria and Plum Sake Sour on the menu. And if that wasn’t enough, on their opening day they will be selling bubble-waffles for just £1, so get on down!
