BROOKLYN HOTSPOT THE FOUR HORSEMEN IS RIDING INTO RONDO LA CAVE

Not content with housing Chet’s, the new Thai-American kitchen concept created in collaboration with Kris Yenbamroong of cult LA Thai spot, NIGHT + MARKET, natty wine bar Rondo La Cave is welcoming another spot from across the pond this July. Michelin-starred Brooklyn wine bar and restaurant The Four Horsemen is taking over the space for one night only, with Brooklyn Brewery also joining on drinks duty.

Co-owned by LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy, The Four Horsemen has become an NYC fave thanks to its natural wine, bangin’ small plates and buzzy atmosphere, and now Londoners will get a little taste of it with this one-night pop-up. Exec Chef Nick Curtola has created a menu featuring The Four Horsemen hits, including proscuitto with melon, almonds & long hot peppers; marinated mussels with cilantro & cucumber; tuna with yuzu kosho, tonnato & smoked dulse; Tokyo turnips with soubise, katsuboshi & sorrel; snap pea salad with hazenutls & ricotta salata; pasta coperta with whipped ricotta; fried skate wing with sungold tomatoes & opal sasil; and chocolate torta with espresso zabaglione.

Brewmaster Garrett Oliver from The Brooklyn Brewery has curated a selection of beer pairings using their rarest Ghost Bottles, and the Rondo La Cave team has worked with The Four Horsemen’s Wine Director to create a wine list for the night. There’ll also be limited edition collab merch available on the night too, so you’ll defo want to bag a spot when bookings open on 22nd June.
