London-based label Brøgger, founded by Danish designer Julie Brøgger, was a hit at last year’s Copenhagen Fashion Week and now it’s come to our high street via a collab range with & Other Stories. Brøgger is known for its bold pieces and contemporary silhouettes and Julie has brought those elements to this collection, which also takes inspo from the power suits that her mother wore in the 80s.
What that translates to is a blend of masculine and feminine, exaggerated tailored shapes and delicate details, with pieces like double breasted blazers, puffed sleeve mini dresses, gathered skirts, and ruched tops in bold checks and floral prints. We may not have a proper party season this year but now we’ve got a reason to dress up.
