Hackney’s Broadway Market isn’t one of the London markets that’s re-opened after lockdown, but you will soon be able to shop from there as it’s launching an online ordering and delivery service for the first time. The platform, called Click It Local, will allow you to order produce from most of the regular traders like Jackpot Peanut Butter, Ted’s Veg and Meringue Girls. There’ll be a £3 delivery charge for orders from one retailer, with an extra £1 added for every additional trader.
As the market is closed the service will be delivery only but once it’s back up and running, which will be some time in August, a click-and-collect option will be available.
