There’s a new food competition in town as Brixton Village launches Brixton Kitchen with the help of James Cochran, Jackson Boxer and Claire Ptak. The aim of the competition and incubator programme is to find the next big foodie talent, whether it’s a fine-dining concept, a street food stall or a juice brand, with a six-month residency in Brixton Village.
The competition is open to both amateurs (from across London) and more experienced chefs/caterers (from Lambeth), with shortlisted finalists pitching in front of James, Jackson and Claire and the two winners landing a residency and mentorship.
