South East London based Brew By Numbers, which already has sites in Peckham and Bermondsey, is expanding and opening a massive new brewery and taproom at Morden Wharf on Greenwich Peninsula, on the same site where historic pub The Sea Witch used to be before it was destroyed during WW2. With 6000 sq ft to play with, Brew By Numbers will have plenty of space to showcase their brewing processes and beer cold storage as well as their wide range of beers, from IPAs and mixed fermentation farmhouse ales to dark coffee beers and nitro stouts.
As well as the brewery and taproom, the neighborhood will be home to more retail and community spaces, new homes, a riverside park and even a sandy beach.
