Breddos is hosting one final Tabasco TacOver of 2017 and it’s a big one, with Michelin-starred Portland and Clipstone chef Merlin Labron-Johnson heading into the kitchen. For the one-off all-day party Breddos’ own Nud and Merlin will create a brand new collaborative menu based around their cooking styles, so expect a mash-up of big flavours and precise classical techniques. It’s not a fiesta without music and booze so there’ll be a vinyl soundtrack playing til late and lots of mezcal buckets going around. Yep, this is going to be GOOD.
