Breddos is back with another TacOver and this time round they’re teaming up with Som Saa’s John Chantarasak for a Mexi-Thai BBQ feast. For one day only you can chow down on dishes like red curry short rib tacos with blackened pineapple nam prik, whole salt-crusted sea bass with habanero jaew, scallop tiradito tostadas with coriander root, bone marrow and lemongrass, and buttermilk fried chicken wings with roasted chilli jam and Thai basil. YUM. They’re collab-ing on the drinks too, which means you can wash all that down with the new Singha Beer can, Mezcal Margarita buckets and Som Tam Chillibacks.
