Breddos has got into the takeaway game by launching brand new, delivery-only concept Tacos El Rey, so you can your Mexican fix even if you can’t make it to their Clerkenwell restaurant. The menu includes snacks like chips & guac, grilled street corn with chipotle mayo and loaded nachos alongside a selection of tacos and burritos, with fillings like chicken tinga, beef barbacoa, cochinita pibil and cauliflower al pastor.
If a couple of tacos just won’t do it for you, you can build your own boxes with tacos, rice & beans, chips & guac and salsa, or if you’ve got a proper crowd to feed you can order a La Familia Special. There’s pollo al pastor, a whole chicken marinated in achiote & guajillo; slow-cooked bone-in beef rib barbacoa; and whole cauliflower al pastor, all of which come with tortillas, salsa, beans and rice.
Tacos El Rey currently has kitchens in Hammersmith and Bethnal Green, and you can order via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
