That’s what the Breathpod workshop at BLOK Shoreditch is all about; learning to use breathing to increase your focus and your performance. Founder of Breathpod Stuart Sandeman will help you identify any restrictive breathing patterns you may have, in turn uncovering any mental, emotional or physical blocks you may be holding onto.
Steph Reynolds, wellness resident at Re:Mind Studio, will accompany the session with a transcendent sound journey to take your body to a higher vibrational energy.
