Lush Cosmetics are celebrating their 20th Birthday, not just by launching a new product, having brought out several new ranges and opened their brand spanking new flagship store on Oxford Street. The flagship is a huge step for the business, and being in such a prime location we can see that this is the beginning of something special for Lush.
If you’re unfamiliar with the brand, next time you’re walking down Oxford Street or in most shopping centres around the UK, have a good whiff…smell that sweet flowery scent? Say hello to Lush! The original store, in Poole, for those city dwellers who don’t venture outside Zone 3, it’s in Dorset on the coast!, customers can actually purchase a fragrance, which is the scent of the store, essentially an amalgamation of sweet smells and creative genius. The brand offers a variety of skincare, haircare and body care treats, each carefully crafted, experimented and created, by a passionate team who make sure the products are all hand made with natural ingredients. The business is family-run, the founders’ daughter Claire is the store manager of the new flagship and one of our LDNERS, and the whole ethos of the brand is about making their customers feel special.
The indulgent spa treatments, yes… Lush offer spa treatments…are testament to that. You can let your worries fly away by being treated to a 60 minute reflexology massage with The Spell, or if you have a sweet tooth why not try the indulgent Comforter where you will be covered with a hot chocolate exfoliating body scrub and wrapped up in a warm duvet. Their latest treatment The Planets is a 3 hour therapy and relaxation session to help you’re body and mind feel in line with the stars. The creative team is awesome, and we can’t wait to get to the flagship and test out the spa ourselves!
