If
you find sumo wrestlers on TV, entertaining, funny and a tad bit silly, you’re going to love the Sumo Race, an annual 5km charity run in Battersea Park on 27th July. Hundreds of runners will be dressed up in giant inflatable Sumo suits, running, jogging, walking and some may well be waddling, it’s going to be one heck of a giggle fest! There is still time if you fancy getting into a giant inflatable sumo suit, registration is £33 from here before 27th July. Raising money for the charity Link Community Development International, which works to improve the quality of education for children in sub-Saharan Africa.
If you’re not participating, join in as a spectator and shout out Kon’nichiwa in-between all the laughter, it will be a great day out.
