Chokhi Dhani is all about authentic Rajasthani food – they’re a big deal over in India, having opened mini ‘villages’ dedicated to educating people about Rajasthani food and culture, and they’ve been serving it up to Londoners since they opened in Battersea back in 2018.
Now Chokhi Dhani have taken things up a notch by launching a new bottomless thali menu. Each meat or vegetarian thali features a range of curries, dal, roti, chutney, rice and tandoor items, including traditional dishes like Gatte curry, Subzi Kadhai Paneer, Dal Baati Churma (deep-fried dough balls with spiced dal), Jodhpuri Murgh curry and Aloo Hara Pyaaz. YUM. And unlimited helpings, DOUBLE YUM.
The thalis range from £32 – £35 and you’ll be able to feast on them on Tues – Weds evenings and Thurs – Fri lunchtimes. Just be sure to wear your loose trousers.
