BOSTON LOBSTER ROLLS ARE COMING TO LONDON AS SALTIE GIRL SWIMS ACROSS THE POND

A slice of New England is coming to Old England as much-loved Boston seafood spot Saltie Girl is coming to London, opening on an old Prezzo site in Mayfair. Across the pond, Saltie Girl is known for its raw bar, lobster rolls, shellfish towers, whole fried black bass for two, and a large tinned seafood selection of over 65 varieties that includes caviar, boquerones and Portuguese sardines.

The 100-cover, two-floor London site, which Richard Turner has been consultant chef for alongside Saltie Girl founder Kathy Sidell, will serve up dishes like clam chowder, fried lobster and waffles, New England lobster rolls, and an extensive range of tinned fish, as well as turbot, monkfish and Dover sole dishes developed exclusively for the capital. To go with all that seafood, the bar will be pouring a wine list that ranges from biodynamic European bottles to Californian classics alongside seasonal cocktails.

Opens Tues 8th November 2022
