BOB’s Lobster are the latest street food traders to make the jump from stall to perm site with a wine bar and kitchen unit in London Bridge station, which is going through a big revamp as we speak. Naturally their famous lobster and crab rolls will be on the menu but they are keeping the rest of the menu under wraps for now, although tester dishes have included fritto misto with nduja aioli, uni carbonara and tortilla chips and crispy salmon skin with whipped cod’s roe, all of which sound mega. And with Bedales of Borough helping on the wine front we’re expecting big things from the drinks list too. We cannot wait to get our claws into this one.
