BLOK had plans to launch its streaming platform BLOKtv later this year but now that the studios are all closed, it’s been brought forward to this month. Before it arrives and to get you all in the mood, BLOK is streaming classes including barre, blokparty and boxcon for free on Instagram Live in partnership with Beats by Dr. Dre. Each class is available for 24 hours after the livestream in case you can’t tune in straightaway.
As well as more live streamed workouts, BLOKtv will include on-demand content, ambassador support and access to the Beats by Dr. Dre range. You’ll be able to access 25 different class concepts designed by BLOK’s elite trainers to work at home, so you can train to the same standard, with little to no equipment, wherever you are.
