early naughties was an exciting time for music, it was also an unreal time for new emerging bands, one of our favourite was Leeds band Black Wire. Disbanded in 2007 it broke our little hearts to think we’d never see this band play live again so, we kept the memories going through song, and still to this day play ‘Hard To Love’ when wanting to cause a frenzy in a dark, sweaty, beer stained public house.

You wouldn’t believe our amazement on hearing the news stating Black Wire will be reuniting for ONE GIG ONLY supporting their longest loves The Cribs at Leeds Academy on Dec 18th. Then to have the ‘one gig only’ thrown out of the window as they announced a show at London’s Birthdays on December 13th. BO SELECTA!

Tikets are £7, for more info visit Birthdays here.
