bar/pub is the hidden gem in Camden’s rather large crown. Located on a side street just behind Camden Town tube, the Black Heart is the ideal place to escape the tourists and mingle with Londoners ‘in the know’. Serving beers from all over the world, including the new locally brewed Camden Town beer this is the perfect place to get drunk and be merry. Cocktails should not be missed nor the American style pizzas, which at only £4 are an absolute steal!
As well as the downstairs area complete with Jesus shrine the pub has a small upstairs room which hosts live music, comedy, quiz nights and private parties. A free jukebox only adds to the pubs appeal as does the infamous Micky Spider often spotted spinning his disco tunes.
