After her appearances at Reading and Leeds Festival, Billie Eilish will be stopping off in London this August for OVERHEATED, an event dedicated to raising awareness of the climate crisis. On Wed 30th August, Eilish will join a panel of activists and experts as they discuss the environmental impact of the world’s food systems, feelings of eco-anxiety, sustainable fashion production and the importance of activism in mitigating climate change.
The A-lister has long advocated for climate action and joined forces with environmental initiative Support + Feed last year to co-found OVERHEATED, which shares its name with one of Eilish’s songs. This is the latest event that’s come out of the collaboration and this time, they’re heating to Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace to give London’s climate-conscious the chance to build their community around shared conversations, plant-based food and an uplifting roller skating session.
