Big Mamma is about to host its first-ever charity auction, a partnership with the hospitality-powered fundraising initiative, StreetSmart, which supports people experiencing homelessness. The Italian restaurant group will be putting up some of its iconic attributes as prizes, meaning your flat might be about to turn into a flamboyant trattoria – we know that’s your Christmas wish this year. Among the goodies that’ll be up for grabs are colossal charcuterie (including a giant wheel of pecorino and 11kg of mortadella), magnums of wine, chairs from Gloria, a Big Mamma tablescape (featuring candle holders, a fish jug, a big bowl and a serving plate) and much more.
