If you thought the katsu sando trend was over, think again. Biff’s is getting in on the action and allowing all you plant-based peeps to join in too, with their vegan version of the dish. The Jacksu Sando features a panko-dipped fried jackfruit cutlet, tonkatsu sauce, tempura broccoli and a cabbage, apple, sesame & mirin slaw, all served in vegan brioche. It’s only available for a month so don’t hang about if you want to try it.
