official, bag-in-box wine is back and BIB Taproom is bringing it to you. After a successful pop-up, BIB is taking up a six-month summer residency in Dalston, where it will showcase a range of natural wine producers AND raise awareness of the carbon footprint attached to traditional wine packaging. Kirsty Tinkler is in charge of the tipples and has sourced an eclectic range of young and fresh bag-in-box wines. Harry Kaufman is heading up the kitchen and has created a menu of seasonal sharing plates, including fried artichokes with salsa verde and veal tartare tonnato. Wine that’s good for the environment and bangin’ bar food…..sign us up.
