Dough Hands x Mondo

Dough Hands and Mondo Sando are collaborating on a month-long special, reworking Mondo's cult A1 Beef Drip Sandwich into a Szechuan-leaning pizza with braised beef shin, pickled mustard greens and mala chilli oil.

HUNEE x Joe Otway – Summer at Serpentine

Kitchen meets club as chef Joe Otway and HUNEE team up for a one-off night at The Magazine, Serpentine. Joe will be coming from Manchester's Higher Ground to cook up a menu designed exclusively for the evening, while HUNEE takes to the decks to provide the soundtrack. Plus, guests will get the chance to get to enjoy a private view of David Hockney at Serpentine North. Music, food, art. What a perfect pairing.

PiWala at Moyletts

PiWala is heading to Clapton and taking over the Moyletts kitchen to serve its signature curry pies. Available for one day only, the menu includes pies filled with butter chicken, lamb keema and saag paneer, all served with mash and liquor. The pub staff will be on hand with Guinness to wash it all down.

Gwei-Lo at Little Duck

Little Duck's former sous chef Alexandre Silva is returning to his The Picklery under moniker Gwei-Lo for a one-night-only Macao feast. Expect dishes like Radish cake & smoked cod’s roe; Sardines, black bean escabeche & crisps. There will also be a special selection of wines - including some of Alex's favourites from his time there.

Kolo Tamam Supper Club

Independent print-only magazine Ill3AB is launching a brand new supper club series. The events will celebrate the tastes and sounds of the Arab World, from Morocco to Iraq and everywhere in between, featuring guest chefs, great music and special prizes. Lebanese bakery and LOTI fave Edami is playing host to the first event - expect their signature manouche, salads, dips and more.

Rondo's Long Lunch Club

Rondo is bringing Sicilian pop-up Casa Lawa to London for three long summer lunches, with a sharing menu, Monkey Shoulder cocktails and a soundtrack built for sitting outside all afternoon. It's Casa Lawa's first time in the city, transplanting its sun-drenched, technicolour take on Sicily from the foothills of Mount Etna.

Guzzle All Day at Ellie's

Diarmuid Goodwin is helping art and food mag, Guzzle, celebrate summer with an all-day blow out at Ellie's. Expect Irish oysters with Buckfast granita, trout tostadas, and boozy soft serve. Leelamma's Onam Sadhya at Jamavar London

Jamavar is celebrating 10 years in London with its first ever Onam Sadhya. Onam is Kerala's annual harvest festival and the Sadhya is the feast at its centre - 21 dishes all served on a banana leaf. Jamavar's rendition, Leelamma’s Onam Sadhya, is inspired Leela Nair, the matriarch of the family behind the Michelin-star restaurant. Lunchtime only.

Sunday BBQs at The Prince

Throughout August at The Prince in Wood Green, a new guest chef will be taking to the grill for a series of one-off BBQ menus. Expect Italian-inspired flavours from Alex Purdie, a taste of Spain from Nacho Pinilla, followed by a bold Portuguese menu from Tasca's John and Sinead. Roo from Firangi and Zain of Ruth's will be rounding up the month with a South Asian feast.

Elsa's Summer Guest Chef Series

Five chefs are collaborating with Elsa, starting with Binh Nguyen Jones of Lai Rai on 20 July, followed by Frankie Clarke of Irie on 17 August, Ben Slater taking over for two days on 11 and 12 September, and a sausage-themed collaboration with Flossy Philipps of Floffal and Ruben Dawnay of Ruben's Reubens in late September.

Following on from the debut event last year, Simon Rogan's Aulis London will be hosting its second 20/20/20 charity dinner this September.
