You know that feeling when you go into a bar but there is nothing on the menu you fancy and you don’t quite know what you want? Sound familiar? Well fear not because Bespoke at the Purple Bar in the swish Sanderson hotel launched this month which enables punters to create their very own personalised cocktails – no menus here!
The mixologists are some of the best we’ve come across and they can recommend ingredients based on every customer’s own tastes and mood. We recently visited and they knocked up a fresh rhubarb, gin, apple and champagne concoction which we named The Tart – Almost as sexy as the bar’s surrounds which have been created to look like a jewellery box with plush dark interiors and a mirrored bar.
