brains behind Ben’s Canteen has be on a little road trip exploring America. Now back on the motherland he is looking to treat food lovers to a serving of American inspired dishes. Taking place tonight guests will be treated to a cocktail on arrival and can look forward to digging into Roasted Bone Marrow with beef floss, anchovy breadcrumbs & cabbage kim chee before moving on to a main of Asian flank steak sandwich with ‘giardiniera’ salad, mayo and ‘Animal-Style’ french fries which has kind of got us drooling already. For desert what could be more fitting than Bourbon Banana Cream Pie. Get us a taxi we’re full.

The evening is broken into two sittings, the first at 7pm, the second at 9pm. The food will be served Supper Club style. Y’all have a lovely evening now…
