BATTLE OF THE BAO IS COMING

After getting a lot of love on socials when fans were asked to vote for their fave BAO creations, the restaurant group is now taking Battle of the Bao public. Different team members from the Soho, Fitzrovia and Borough branches of BAO have created one-off specials, including philly cheesesteak, chip butty and sweet potato & creme brulee baos, which’ll be available at weekday lunchtimes at BAO Soho across the 15-day event. Check the calendar below to make sure you don’t miss out on the weird and wacky ones.

The public can vote for their fave with The Big BAO People’s Winner 2020 being crowned at the end of the month, before the special baos all get tasted by a panel of industry experts to decide The Overall Big BAO of 2020. The top bao will then go on as a special across all three restaurants.
