Barry’s Bootcamp is bringing back its highest-ever HIIT class at Sky Garden and it’s all in aid of Alzheimer’s Society. Not only will you be put through your paces with the signature Barry’s workout, with trainer Jemma McKenzie Brown performing the cool-down sequence live, there’ll be post-workout treats from Ahi Poke and Get A Drip on offer too, and you’ll get all that to the backdrop of one of the best views in London. Tickets, priced at £80, are being released in phases (so keep checking back regularly) with all proceeds going to Alzheimer’s Society, so you’ll be doing a good deed as well as getting a good workout.
