East London’s hottest new wine bar Bambi is heading to Rondo at The Hoxton, Holborn for a one-night-only collab dinner. Bambi’s Head Chef Henry Freestone will be cooking the five course menu alongside Rondo’s Head Chef Tristan Downes, including dishes like:
- whipped white bean, pickled beet & crushed hazelnut
- torched mackerel, blackberry, fennel & Earl Grey oil
- 18-hour braised short rib, Jerusalem artichoke & truffle sauce
- pineapple tarte tatin, pink peppercorn caramel & creme fraiche ice cream
- negroni pastille
The Bambi Martini will be available at Rondo during the dinner, or you can pair your food with one of Rondo’s cocktails or a bottle from its impressive wine wall. Tickets for the dinner are £50 per person, with a vegetarian option available for each course, and you can book them below.
