business called Balls and Company in Soho could be many things but in this instance we’re here to tell you about a new restaurant by that name which has just opened at 58 Greek Street. The tiny restaurant is headed up by Bonny Porter, who was a finalist on Australian Masterchef, and has a menu entirely dedicated to meatballs.

If the idea of a meatball-only menu doesn’t have you entirely convinced at first, then a quick glance at the menu will tell you that these aren’t any old balls: as well as Wagyu beef, there’s pork; chicken; quinoa, beetroot and feta; and confit salmon. There’s also a range of sauces to go with them including classic tomato, béchamel, romesco and pesto.

To keep things interesting look out for seasonal specials too and even ball-shaped desserts like Choux pastry balls with Purbeck ice cream. There’s no reservations here and queues have been reportedly been out the door already so get down sharpish to check it out.
