If you think kebabs are strictly for the late-night drunken munchies then you obvs haven’t met the BABEK Brothers. These guys are using fresh bread and free range produce to turn out some bangin’ babs, like the Kim Koftashian with lamb kofta, garlic yoghurt, smokey relish and charred pepper, and the Notorious P.I.G with slow cooked pork shoulder, chilli yoghurt and pickled onions. And yes, they taste as good as they sound. They’ve got the booze covered too, with a short list of beers and cocktails…Margarita Ora anyone?
