People of Notting Hill, you’re about to develop a serious salad addiction as Atis, the salad bar that’s basically the London version of our beloved Sweetgreen in New York, is opening on Pembridge Road this April. This will be the third Atis branch to open in town, joining the existing sites in Old Street and Eccleston Yards, and it’ll be taking over two floors of a townhouse with space for 37 to dine in, with takeaway and delivery also running.
It’ll be the same set-up as the other sites, with the option to build-your-own bowl from the selection of bases, toppings, proteins, garnishes and dressings, or you can choose a bowl from their menu. We often go for the Azteca (chopped romaine, spinach, sweetcorn, black beans, pickled red onions, crumbled feta, smashed avocado, tortilla chips and coriander lime dressing – add the blackened chicken too) but Atis does seasonal ones too, like the Hey Pesto (green leaves, quinoa, peas & edamame, artichokes, green slaw, smoked almonds and pumpkin seed pesto) coming on for spring. The new site will be running 50% off orders from 27th April – 4th May, and the first 100 people to order a bowl on 6th May (from 11am) will get it for FREE. Yep, your lunches are about to get a whole lot better.
