We’re big fans of POPfit, the London Fields dance fitness studio created by Royal Ballet-trained dancer Stephanie Burrows. POPfit classes combine elements of dance, yoga, pilates and plyometrics, and they are all set to bangin’ pop soundtracks, so it’s a proper feel-good workout.
