Whilst Flor was closed during lockdown, the team brought in Pam Yung to launch new takeaway-only brand ASAP Pizza. After slinging out slices all summer, ASAP bowed out when Flor re-opened, but it just couldn’t stay away for long. Yes ASAP is back for ASAP Sundays, a weekly pizza fest running all winter long.
Each week you’ll be able to choose from old faves like the tomato, ndjua and honey Spice Grrl and the mozarella, basil and spenwood Marg & Rita as well as new seasonal combos and guest pies. The first week is in collab with Natoora so expect toppings to include braised greens, meyer lemons and bottarga; jerusalem artichokes with ricotta salata and miyagawa; and black futzu squash with chicory and sundried tomato, alongside lemon and sesame soft serve and wine from Beattie & Roberts.
They’ve got both inside and outside, covered tables available for bookings and walk-ins, and you can also grab slices to takeaway too.
