Worldwide Holidays have created a 40 day walking holiday across five countries – The United States, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.

The adventure, begins with a two day stay in Los Angeles, before moving to the next destination, the Cook Islands. Guests get to spend five nights on Rarotonga – the youngest of 15 islands with its virtually unpopulated interior massif and fertile coastal areas – a world away from the hustle and bustle of LA.

Next up is New Zealand starting with two nights in Christchurch before travelling to Mount Cook – the country’s highest mountain. Then spending two nights in glorious Omarama and three nights in Queenstown surrounded by mountains.

From New Zealand one ‘hops across’ to Australia commencing with two nights in Melbourne.

Then, its onto the Snowy Mountains for three nights to enjoy Mount Kosciusko – the country’s highest peak ascending by cable car.

Canberra, Australia’s capital is the next destination followed by the Blue Mountains in New South Wales with their deep valleys, waterfalls and steep gorges rounding off with Sydney.

The stop is South Africa. Highlights include, Johannesberg, the Royal National Park and Drakensberg Mountains, Hluhluwe in Zululand and Capetown with its striking Table Mountain, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront and beautiful countryside.
