Anthony Demetre is Hosting a Dinner at the Coalescence Exhibition at The Painted Hall in Greenwich

The Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich has been playing host to the Coalescence installation from Paul Cocksedge, an artwork that questions our dependence on fossil fuels, and now it’s also hosting a special dinner. Chef Anthony Demetre, who runs the Michelin-starred Wild Honey St James, is putting on a sustainability-focused dinner in the Painted Hall on the closing weekend of the exhibition. After starting with canapes and sparkling wine from Ridgeview Estate, you’ll have a three courses created by Anthony and paired with sustainable fine wines, finishing with an ‘in conversation’ with Anthony, where he’ll discuss sustainability and innovations in fine dining. it’s not often you get the chance to dine in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, so if you don’t want to miss it, get your tickets below.
