After becoming a beloved local spot in Brighton and Hove and establishing street food kitchens in both Shoreditch and Croydon Boxparks, Fatto a Mano are opening a proper bricks-and-mortar spot in the capital this summer. Fatto Pizza & Beer, opening in King’s Cross, will be slinging Neapolitan pizzas made using 24-hour proved dough and ingredients soured from small suppliers, with the likes of margherita, diavola, salsiccia e friarielli, and the vegan tomato & olive nduja on the menu alongside a monthly special.
That’s the pizza, now for the beer. There’ll be six craft beers on tap, including Fatto Bionda Pilsner brewed by Harbour Brewing Co, Joosy Hazy Pale from UnBarred, and #cuoredinapoli APA from KBirr, and even more in the fridge, so you certainly won’t be going thirsty here.
